Fulfillment & Refund Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
• Once processed, orders are shipped via UPS with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days depending on your location.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• We currently ship to all U.S. states, excluding P.O. boxes, or international locations.
Refund Policy
• Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a full refund via the site, or by contacting us at info@rootcausevitality.com.
• After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it is non-refundable. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on supplements that may have been opened or tampered with.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rootcausevitality.com with photos of the issue.
• We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
